# Where to find your Plivo Auth ID and Auth Token

> Find the Plivo Auth ID and Auth Token ElasticFunnels uses to send texts and check Plivo's webhooks.

The Plivo integration asks for an **Auth ID** and an **Auth Token**. The token is stored encrypted and never
shown again.

## Auth ID and Auth Token

**1. Open the console overview**

Log in to the [Plivo console](https://console.plivo.com/dashboard/). Both values are on the overview page,
in the account box.

**2. Copy the Auth ID**

Copy it into **Auth ID**. It is 20 characters and starts with `MA` (main account) or `SA` (subaccount).

**3. Copy the Auth Token**

Click the eye icon to reveal the **Auth Token**, copy it into **Auth Token** and save.

Plivo also signs its webhooks with the Auth Token. If you regenerate the token in Plivo, paste the new one in
ElasticFunnels as well, or replies and delivery reports are refused.
