Prerequisites
- An active ShipOffers account
- Store ID and API key issued by ShipOffers (ask your ShipOffers account manager)
- Your product SKUs in ElasticFunnels match the SKUs set up at ShipOffers (or a mapping strategy in place)
Step 1: Add the integration
- Go to Integrations → Fulfillment → ShipOffers Order Management
- Click “Add” and fill in:
- Store ID: your ShipOffers store identifier
- API Key: the key provided by ShipOffers
- Default Shipping Service: e.g., Standard or your preferred default
- Click Save
- Connection may be validated automatically on save. If credentials are incorrect, you will see a clear error.
- You can edit the integration later if your credentials change.
Step 2: Link products to ShipOffers
- Go to Products → Edit product → Fulfillment & Warehousing
- Set “Fulfillment Provider” to ShipOffers
- Choose “Fulfillment Integration” (the instance you created in Step 1)
- Ensure the product SKU equals the SKU ShipOffers expects, then Save
Step 3: End‑to‑end flow
- When a purchase is approved, the order is placed into a short delay window (useful for last‑minute cancellations/edits)
- After the delay, the order is automatically sent to ShipOffers
- Status updates and (when available) tracking info appear in your Fulfillment view
Delay configuration (hours → minutes)
- In the integration form, set “Delay before sending (hours)”.
- The system stores this internally as minutes; you only need to think in hours.
Day‑to‑day actions
- Cancel: If an order is still pending/scheduled (or failed), you can cancel it from the Fulfillment view
- Resend: For failed/cancelled orders, you can resend; the system will re‑queue it
- Monitor: Filter by status to quickly see what needs attention
Common issues
- Invalid credentials → Edit your integration and verify the Store ID/API Key
- Unknown SKU → Ensure your product SKU matches what ShipOffers has on file
- Address validation → Confirm the shipping address fields are complete and valid
