A custom dashboard is a page of metric tiles, cards, charts and tables that you arrange yourself. Each brand can have several, and they appear in the sidebar under Dashboard, below Analytics.

Create a dashboard from a preset

A preset is a ready-made layout. Starting from one saves you placing every card by hand.
  1. In the sidebar, under Dashboard, click Create dashboard.
  2. Under Start from a preset, pick a preset. Its sections load into the builder.
  3. Change the name if you want to, then click Create dashboard.
To start from an empty page instead, skip the presets and pick what the first section should be.

Presets follow updates until you edit them

A dashboard created from a preset keeps following that preset. When ElasticFunnels adds cards to a preset, your dashboard shows them the next time you open it. Once you change the layout with Customize layout and save, the dashboard keeps your layout and stops following the preset.

The Affiliate Dashboard preset

Built for affiliates and media buyers: what your traffic earned, what it cost, and how visitors behave on your pages. Its sections, top to bottom:

Ad costs need a connected ad account

Ad spend, CPC, CTR and CPA come only from a connected ad account: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads or LinkedIn Ads. Without one they read $0.00, and ROAS has nothing to divide by. There is no field for entering costs by hand. Connect an account from Integrations: Taboola sends conversions back to Taboola through postbacks, but its costs are not synced into ElasticFunnels, so Taboola spend does not appear on this dashboard. See Taboola. For what each cost metric means and how it is calculated, see Ad Spend Metrics.

What engagement rate means

Engagement rate is the percentage of sessions in which the visitor clicked, hovered or scrolled on the page. A session where the visitor did none of these counts as not engaged. A low engagement rate on a landing page usually means visitors leave before they interact with it at all, which points at the traffic or the top of the page. More on sessions and engagement in Tracking Metrics.
