A Resend sending account asks for an API key, and in some cases a Webhook signing secret. Keys you save are stored encrypted and never shown again.

API key

1

Open API Keys

Log in to Resend and open API Keys.
2

Create the key

Click Create API Key and name it. Pick the permission:
  • Full access lets ElasticFunnels add the delivery webhook itself.
  • Sending access is enough to send, but you add the webhook by hand (next section).
3

Paste it in ElasticFunnels

Copy the key (it starts with re_; Resend shows it only once) and paste it into API key.
Resend’s own guide: Create an API key.

Webhook signing secret

Only needed with a sending-access key. Add a webhook in Resend under Webhooks with the URL ElasticFunnels shows, then open it: the signing secret is on the webhook’s details page and starts with whsec_. Paste it into Webhook signing secret. Details in Resend with a sending-only key. Resend’s own guide: Verify webhook requests.
